Customizable Shape Tray Toy for Baby (small)

I really like the original tray, but I wanted something smaller that I could use as a gift. For this, I redesigned the original shape tray from scratch and also added the option to add a name in fusion. The “Shapetray-small” has dimensions 14cm x 14cm x 2.5cm. The shapes are slightly bigger than in the original shape tray.

I printed everything in PLA at a layer height of 0.2mm (0.4mm nozzle). I used 10% infill for the tray and 15% infill for the shapes. If you want the name on the tray in a different color, add a color pause in your slicer and change the filament.

Use “Shapetray-small.stl” if you just want the small tray without a name.

Use “Shapetray-small-emptyname.stl”, if you want to add a custom name in your slicer, which may be the easiest option if you want to have a custom name written on the tray. This version leaves room for this.

Use the attached fusion file “shapetray-small-ANNA.f3d”, if you want to fully customize your tray:

• You can customize the dimensions of the whole tray. • If you make the “shapes”-sketch visible, you can freely drag around a shape and the others will stay symmetrical. • You can change the name text to something else.
