More information

This is a basic box to mount an ESP32 Max v1.0 Development board (Arduino UNO Clone) with a single channel 5V relay and a BMP280 temperature sensor (should work w/BME280 as well) to interface with a garage door opener utilizing a momentary push switch/button terminal on the garage door operator/motor. Wiring is as simple two wire loop/circuit from the relay common and normally-open (most common) terminals. ESP32 can be flashed w/ESPHome to work w/HomeAssistant. Box lid is a friction fit to base. No hardware or glue required. Print flat on build plate, no supports required. Screws used to secure components were M2x5mm and standard breadboard jumper wires were utilized.
