Harvest Box for Brunder "Linde" Forklift toy

This is a toy box inspired by the real ones used for harvesting fruits like grapes, apples or others.

The model has been constructed using OpenScad in 1:10 scale. There is an additional scale factor for resizing it accordingly to fit the actual forklift size before printout. In case of the pictured Bruder toy, the factor 0.8 has been used but this can be changed in the source file for other toys.

Rounded corners are created by using the roundedcube.scad library which can be found at https://danielupshaw.com/openscad-rounded-corners/. Not using this should also work but result in sharp edges instead.

Print in two parts using PLA.

The skids are easily printed upside down. Use black color for a realistic look.

The body has to be printed upright with supports everywhere, there are lots of overhangs, especially betwenn the feets. Most boxes are grey, so choose this color for the most “common” look. Other colors are available too, so feel creative if you want.

Gue on the skids after printing. PLA is easy to glue but be careful to align the skids correctly if you want to be able to stack multiple boxes.
