These clips work great to keep the tops on the yellow HDX “Tough Totes”. I printed these so I can haul these totes in my truck bed without the lid blowing off. Excellent snap fit. The V2 fits better in the middle holes, the V3 fits better in the corners. I use the V3 most of the time and just skip the middle holes.
I printed using purple PLA+ and it seems to work well. I like the high visibility against the yellow to make sure the clips are in. Higher temp plastics might be better, especially if stored inside a hot vehicle.
I printed with 0.8mm nozzle, 0.4mm layers. Designed with 3.2mm walls based on the nozzle diameter. Prints fast and easy. Also including Cura files already set up with multiple nested in case you need to print a lot. Includes Fusion360 file in case you need to modify.
