Locking clip for Ikea Samla box 22L, 11L, 5L

This model went thru several iterations to offer a perfect fit, a print without support, a fast printing time and a fit that allows easily installing the clips and stacking the boxes.

You may also place the clip over the reinforcers bridges under the lid. No contraints :)

Print instructions

You can print in 0.3mm layers and should NOT use 100% infill but instead setup your slicer to use “100” perimeters and ensure that the whole part will be printed as perimeters. It prints faster, is more robust and garanties the best bending properties.

I had no problems on my MK3S+ to print batches with a speed of 115% to reduce print time even further.
