Plastic Container Lid Clamp

Here is a remix of an Ikea Samla clamp to fit the "bigger" Plast 1 boxes from Action market. So you can also use these cheaper versions of a plastic box for storing filament and don't have to use the more expensive ones from Ikea. To get them much more airtight you also need a simple rubber seal to stick from Amazon or from the hardware store.

You can print it without infill if you add enough walls. Because of the stretch and resilience I would recommend to print it out of PETG but PLA works also. Furthermore, I would recommend printing with a brim for improved bed adhesion, as it warped 2-3 times on me.

You can also build the usual hygrometers into the action boxes pretty easily and seal them with some silicone.

Hier ist ein Remix einer Ikea Samla-Klemme damit sie auf die “größeren” Plast 1 Boxen vom Action-Markt passt. Damit kann man auch auf diese günstigeren Varianten einer Plastikbox für die Lagerung von Filament zurückgreifen und muss nicht die teureren von Ikea benutzen. Um sie deutlich luftdichter zu bekommen braucht ihr zusätzlich noch einen einfachen Dichtgummi zum aufkleben von Amazon oder aus dem Baumarkt.

Ihr könnt es ohne Infill drucken wenn ihr genügend Wände hinzufügt. Aufgrund der Dehn- und Belastbarkeit würde ich empfehlen es aus PETG zu drucken, PLA funktioniert aber auch. Desweiteren würde ich empfehlen für die verbesserte Betthaftung mit einem Brim zu drucken, da es bei mir 2-3mal gewarped hat.

In die Action Kisten kann man auch ziemlich leicht die üblichen Hygrometer in die Wand bauen und mit etwas Silikon abdichten.
