PTFE Tube Clip V2 – Strong Snap-Fit
This is a compact snap-fit clip designed to securely hold a PTFE tube (commonly used for filament routing). The geometry is optimized for strength and repeated flexing, with the seam intentionally placed on the thick block section to keep the clip ring as uniform as possible.

Material: PETG (recommended) / PCTG. PLA can work but may be more brittle over time.

- 0.00 mm brim gap = best adhesion for batches (e.g., 10 pcs)
- 0.05 mm brim gap = easier brim removal
Temps (baseline): Nozzle 245°C, Bed 75–80°C first layer then 70–75°C.
Notes
Fit can vary slightly depending on PTFE tube outer diameter and your printer calibration.
If the fit is too tight, reduce elephant foot or slightly increase XY compensation in your slicer.
