Router Radius Jig with Interchangeable Templates – Corner Rounding Tool / Radius Frässchablone

This jig allows you to create clean and precise corner radii on boards using a handheld router or a router table.

It features interchangeable templates that fit snugly and securely into the jig, ensuring accurate and repeatable results.

The jig can be clamped using standard T-nut clamps with a maximum width of 13.2 mm and a thickness of up to 8.5 mm.

Templates are available for radii: 10 mm, 15 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm, 30 mm, 40mm, 50 mm. Contact me if you need other radii or shapes.

The alignment guides are designed so that the circle center is offset by 180 µm towards the edge of the board. This ensures that you remove slightly less material rather than too much.

If needed, you can add a layer of tape to further increase the safety margin, which can easily be sanded off afterward.

Tip: If the holes are too tight (which might vary depending on your printer), you can run a 10 mm drill bit through them.

• Material: PLA or PETG (I used SUNLU PETG)

• Layer height: 0.2 mm (0.4 mm nozzle)

• 3 perimeters

• 5 top & bottom layers

• No supports required
