Screws storage modular box

I liked the simplicity and modular way in this storage system.

In my remix, I prolonged the drawers and shells to almost maximum size printable on Ender 3 and to allow more storage using maximum space on shelf.

In this remix, the shell of drawer is 209.5 mm and drawer includes the handle and additional divider slots.

With labels, I tried to print thin labels, but due to small size of numbers (embossed or cut through the label) it was difficult to print something usable especially for small drawer. Therefore, I decided to label manually on paper (can also be printed out and cut off).

Be patient, the print takes time, e.g. small drawer >6 hours and small shell >10 hours.

Update 6th March 2022: I have added a small drawer option with 4 dividers (each 4 cm apart) for more small parts storage in one drawer (Drawer-Small with handle 4 dividers).

All parts to be printed without support, e.g. the shell of drawer in standing position and locking pins (clips) as well.

Post-Printing ============= Fixing the entire storage system

I printed it with regular PLAs from Ender, which are quite silky and smooth enough that drawers slide like on the ice and the shell can also easily move under a slight force. Therefore, I plan to design a front line mount which can be screwed into the shelf (base). This mount would also rise a little (about 5 mm), so the drawers could more naturally slide back into the shell.

Also, locking pins are very important but they do not hold strong enough to trust entire system from moving away on the base/shelf.
