Mount for installing a Bigtreetech BTT EBB36 GEN2 toolhead board on an A4T toolhead using a WWBMG extruder.
This is a remix of the original A4T THB mount from Armchair Heavy Industries and DW Tas. The original model was used mainly to get the hole pattern and part of the shape right, then modified to fit the EBB36 GEN2 board and the WWBMG extruder setup.
Features
Designed specifically for A4T toolhead + WWBMG extruder combo. Mounting pattern adapted for BTT EBB36 GEN2. Keeps connectors accessible for easier wiring and maintenance. Uses the same toolhead mounting points as the original A4T mount (no special hardware required).
Printing recommendations
Material: ABS/ASA/PCCF… (recommended for higher temperatures around the toolhead). Layer height: ~0.2 mm 3–4 perimeters, ~30–40% infill Print flat on the back side with no support
Assembly
Bolt the EBB36 GEN2 to the mount with M3 screws (and washers if needed). Attach the mount to the A4T toolhead as you would the original board mount. Install/route wiring and connect to the WWBMG extruder as usual.
