Z-Motor mount for SV06 (squareness & rigdity)

From the original :

• Sacrificial layer for screw holes • Added chamfer • External side reinforcement support • Full infil for the back and underside (near the 90° angle)

Needed for the build :

• 8 heat inserts M4x6x6 • tip = if your parts are fine, you can re-use the ones from your original parts (at your own risk if you make something wrong so be sure!)

1 - Be sure everything else is correctly assembled and square (this mod is not magic)

2 - Ensure to print with a well tuned printer and calibrate the flow especialy for the 8mm hole (even if tolerences are used you want to be max 0.1mm at the right sizes)

3 - When goes to reassemble the gantry, takes your time and few or too much mesurments, it's the best moment to do that;)

Printing parameters :

• Use at least PETG, best are ASA, ABS or ABS+ (don't use PLA / PLA+ steppers can go hot depending your configuration) • 0.4 nozzle • 0.2 mm layer • 4 perimeters • 5 top min • 5 bottom min • Infill 30% gyroid min
