The graduate, cap and gown
Sculpted from photos in their gown and hood colours, scroll in hand, on a base engraved with the degree and the year.
Your idea, made real
Graduation is years of work compressed into one walk across a stage. The photos from the day are lovely, but they end up on a phone. A figurine of the graduate in the gown, hood and cap they actually wore keeps the day on a shelf, and makes a gift that parents and grandparents tend to argue over.
Academic dress differs by institution and by degree. The colour of the hood lining, its shape, and whether it is a cap or a soft bonnet all mean something to the graduate, so we sculpt and paint from photos of what they actually wore rather than a generic gown.
The face is sculpted from clear photos, and the gown is given real weight and folds, which is what makes a small figure look like cloth rather than plastic.
You see renders before anything is printed and can ask for changes. It is then printed in resin, painted, and fixed to an engraved base.
The quote comes back with a lead time before you commit. If you want it for the ceremony itself rather than after it, put the date in the form and we will tell you honestly whether it can be met.
It can if you have photos of them in the regalia, or of the hood they will wear. Otherwise it can be made after the day from the photos taken there.
Yes. A trade certificate, a nursing pinning or a police graduation all work the same way: photos of them in the uniform or gear of the day.
Yes. Send side on and face photos, and it goes on the same base.
