Your idea, made real
Retirement gifts tend to be a card, a voucher and a bottle of something. After thirty years on the job, a figurine of them in their overalls, at the wheel, in scrubs or behind the counter says the team noticed what they did. It gets passed round at the farewell and then goes home to a shelf.
What to send us
- A clear front on photo of their face in daylight, and one from the side. Work event photos are a good start.
- A full length photo in their work clothes.
- The tools of the job: the stethoscope, the hard hat, the clipboard, the mug that never left their hand.
- Any in jokes the team wants included, as long as they are kind ones.
- The wording for the base, such as their name, their years and a line from the team.
Capturing the job
The figures people love most show the person mid task: the builder with a pencil behind the ear, the teacher with a whiteboard marker, the nurse with the fob watch. We sculpt the work gear from photos of the real thing, so it looks like their kit rather than a generic version.
Uniforms and work clothing are painted in the right colours. A company logo can go on where the business is happy for it to be used.
You see renders before anything is printed and can ask for changes. It is then printed in resin, painted, and fixed to an engraved base.

How long it takes
Farewells are booked in advance, so put the date in the form. The quote comes back with a lead time and an honest answer on whether that date can be met.
Questions
Can it be a surprise?
Yes, that is usually the point. Work photos and event photos often have enough of the face. We will tell you if we need a better one.
Can the whole team go in on it?
Of course. One person fills in the form and receives the quote, and the team sorts out the rest between themselves.
Can you do a group of colleagues instead?
Yes. Our team figurines page covers a figure of each person, with copies if you need them.
